PURPOSE: Confirm SCSO partnership within Interagency Bomb Squad
BACKGROUND: The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office has been a continuous participant in the WSP Interagency Bomb Squad for many years. This memorandum of understanding (MOU) continues and reaffirms that commitment to participate in the WSP Interagency Bomb Squad. This MOU establishes operational oversight of the unit by WSP and allows for sharing of resources and responses to bomb calls by the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office, Washington State Patrol, Everett Police Department, and Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office.
