PURPOSE: Executive signature on Amendment 1 to the Helicopter Repair and Maintenance Services Agreement

 

BACKGROUND: The Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue division was awarded $200,000 from the County’s ARPA funding for emergency equipment needs. A portion of this funding will be used to overhaul the hoist on one of the County’s Search and Rescue helicopters. This Amendment 1 to the NW Helicopter’s Repair and Maintenance Services Agreement, approved by Council Motion 23-303, will increase the current contract maximum by $133,135 to allow for the hoist work.
