PURPOSE: Approve Interlocal Agreement to provide funding to the City of Arlington for improvements to Haller Park
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County Council approved Amended Ordinance 21-090 on November 9, 2021 to adopt the 2022 - 2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP), which included funding for the City of Arlington’s Haller Park Improvements project. This project will complete construction of a picnic shelter. The City has agreed to the terms of the Interlocal Agreement. Funding provided from the County to the City will be in the amount of $50,000 subject to the terms of the agreement.
