PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation Bid PW-23-010SB
BACKGROUND: A competitive Invitation to Bid was issued behalf of on behalf of Conservation and Natural Resources for Kayak Point, Phase 1. The work includes but is not limited to parking relocation, partial removal of south end road, a new boat ramp with floats, pier re-decking and pile replacement, site grading, installation of storm berm, landscaping, utilities, and stormwater treatment.
