Snohomish County, et al., King County Superior Court Cause No. 25-2-01801-6 KNT, as negotiated by the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, and to authorize the County Executive to execute the documents necessary to memorialize the agreements, in consultation with the Prosecuting Attorney.
