ORAL MOTION
Council Vice-Chair Nehring made a motion that the County Council authorize the Prosecuting Attorney or designee to execute the necessary settlement agreements and documents to join the statewide Johnson and Johnson/Janssen Opioid Settlement Agreement. Councilmember Peterson seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
