PURPOSE: This Agreement is the product of County RFP-23-081BC, Equity Assessment, Health Department. The purpose of this Agreement is to obtain an equity review, assessment, and subsequent reports of the Snohomish County Health Department, as part of the Gold Standard Assessment.
BACKGROUND: The Upstream Group, LLC’s approach shall primarily include employees and other key stakeholders identified by the Health Department staff who are most affected by the advancement of existing Health Department equity initiatives and policies. The Upstream Group shall identify and interview additional key contacts throughout the engagement process. The Snohomish County Health Department’s aim is to minimize unintended adverse outcomes and maximize opportunities and positive outcomes.
