PURPOSE: Executive approval of Amendment(5) to the PSTAA Interlocal Agreement with WA State Community College Dist. #23 DBA Edmonds College to re-allocate unspent funds from ILA Budget 2022-2023 to ILA Budget 2023-2024.
BACKGROUND: The PSTAA ILA Amendment(4) included the 2023-2024 Services and Expenditure Plan for $191,730.00. The PSTAA ILA Amendment(5) reallocates unspent PSTAA funds from 2022-2023. This ILA amount is increased by $24,289.97 for a new ILA amount of $216,019.97. Ordinance 22-072 authorizes the executive to execute amendments to the annual services and expenditure plans that reallocate unspent funds from a prior program year and for which sufficient appropriations already exist.
