PURPOSE: To amend existing agreement on Blake decision funding
BACKGROUND: This Amendment 1 will allow for County Clerk’s Office extraordinary cost to be reimbursed as well the other County extraordinary costs associated with resentencing and vacating sentences as required by State v. Blake. This amendment is to match costs that we incurred on previous State v. Blake funding agreements.
