PURPOSE: Transfer from Pending Grants to LATCF Grant withing fund 130.

BACKGROUND: The County was awarded grant funding from the Department of Treasury Local Assistance and Tribal Consistency Fund in 2023.  This transfer will allow expenditure of the remaining funds in 2024.
