PURPOSE: Seeking approval of form templates to be used with local jurisdictions withing Snohomish County

 

BACKGROUND: The County established the Snohomish County Department of Emergency Management (SCDEM) as an emergency management agency within County government pursuant to Chapter 2.36 SCC. The County acting through the SCDEM, operates as a local organization for emergency management . In order to assist other jurisdictions within Snohomish County, the County will enter into interlocal agreements to provide coordinated emergency management services.
