PURPOSE: Ballot Printing, Insertion & Mailing Services
BACKGROUND: An interlocal (ILA) agreement between Snohomish County and Pierce County authorizing cooperative purchases was approved pursuant to SCC 3.04.220 by the County Council under Motion 24-092 and is currently in effect. On May 27, 2020, the use of Pierce County SC-105832 was approved by the Purchasing Manager, for purchases not to exceed $250,000 under Snohomish County Piggyback PB-20-06. Since that time the County’s projected spend has increased to a level that is expected to exceed $500,000, therefore requiring County Council approval.
