PURPOSE: To lease the airspace from Washington Department of Transportation to maintain and/or replace rail corridor bridge known as Haller Bridge
BACKGROUND: Haller Bridge is part of the Centennial Trail and is need of repair or replacement. This lease will allow Snohomish County the access over property owned by WSDOT to allow for repair maintenance or replacement of Haller Bridge.
