PURPOSE: To give the Property Officer of the Facilities and Fleet Division of Snohomish County the authority to sign temporary easement on behalf of Snohomish County to Washington State Department of Transportation for the necessary widening and painting of the State Route 9, Marsh Road to 2nd Street.
BACKGROUND: The Washington State Department of Transportation needs to use a small portion of property owned by Snohomish County to stage and store equipment while widening and painting the Snohomish River bridge crossing at SR 9 and Marsh Road to 2nd Street.
