PURPOSE: Council approval of Amendment 12 to the Master Services Agreement of RFP 40-18SR
BACKGROUND: The County and Ecobrite Services entered into a service agreement on March 12, 2020, for providing Janitorial and Window Washing Services to various County Facilities. This request is for continued services with Ecobrite for the final two (2) year term of their contract from March 12, 2024, to March 11, 2026, and increases the annual cost by $104,782.80 per year for an updated annual cost of $2,087,733.86. This amount now exceeds approval authority for Executive to sign per SCC 3.04.140(4); therefore, Council approval by Motion is needed. Facilities and Fleet Management requests Council approval for the Snohomish County Executive to sign the attached Amendment 12 to the Master Services Agreement with Ecobrite Services.
