ORAL MOTION
Council Vice-Chair Nehring made a motion for the Council to hereby approve and authorize the County Executive to execute Amendment No. 1 to the January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024 Collective Bargaining Agreement between the County and the Snohomish County Corrections Guild relating to implementing contract provisions for a newly created Canine (K-9) Corrections Deputy position as reviewed and approved as to form by the Prosecuting Attorney. Councilmember Dunn seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
