PURPOSE: Council approval on the Agreement with Zavtek, Inc. for UPS Maintenance and Repair Services.
BACKGROUND: This contract is a result of RFP-23-005TB for UPS Maintenance and Repair Services for Snohomish County Facilities. This contract is for $750,000 over a three-year term and will only be used when budgeted. This contract will ensure a guaranteed timely response to emergency call outs should there be a disruption in the County’s uninterruptible power supply. Zavtek, Inc. will also perform planned preventative annual maintenance checks, battery testing and replacements as needed and load bank testing along with many other services described in the scope of the agreement.
