BACKGROUND: A competitive Bid was issued for the improvement of 36th Ave. W/35th Ave. W between 164th St SW and SR 99 with bike lanes, sidewalk and ADA ramps, planter strips, storm drainage, detention pond, retaining walls, water main, planing, paving, channelization, temporary traffic control, erosion control and other work.
