PURPOSE: Pursuant to RCW 53.04.080, the motion would have the county council call for a special election of the voters residing within the limits of the territory which the Port of Everett desires to annex or include in its enlarged port district, as described in the Petition, to be held in conjunction with the August 6, 2024, primary date.
