PURPOSE: To reclassify a Health Department position SHD1203P from a Lead Disease Intervention Specialist to a Clinic Manager in 2024.
BACKGROUND: Health Department has a business need to expand the budgeted project FTE to a higher-level role that will manage the day-to-day operations of the reopened STI/HIV clinic. The 2024 budget impact can easily be absorbed in current salary savings since the grant funding started July 1st, 2023.
