PURPOSE: Approving Amendment 3 to the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for the Snohomish County Inter-Jurisdictional Alliance for Housing Affordability (AHA) adding the City of Monroe and the Town of Darrington as participants in the ILA and allowing the Joint Board to admit new governmental entities by majority vote.
BACKGROUND: On July 29, 2013, the County Council approved the County’s participation in the AHA ILA. On June 16, 2014, the County Council approved Amendment 1 to the ILA approving the addition of Arlington and Amendment 2 approving the addition of Stanwood to the ILA.
