PURPOSE: To donate the management and costs associated with said management of the park to the City of Snohomish
BACKGROUND: On August 1, 2018 the Snohomish County Council approved Motion 18-399 authorizing acquisition of 3.59 acres of real property from Donald and Clara Heirman now known as The Heirman Family Nature Park. The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources wishes to donate the land to the City of Snohomish for management of the park and to bear the costs associated with ownership of the Parcel
