PURPOSE: Requires annual testing of County-owned housing facilities for the presence of hazardous chemicals
BACKGROUND: Requires the Department of Facilities and Fleet to test annually for the presence of hazardous chemicals (as defined in RCW 64.44.010(4)) in County-owned housing facilities. The chemicals tested are at the discretion of the Director of the Department of Facilities and Fleet.
