PURPOSE: To allow the Property Officer of Snohomish County in Facilities and Fleet to execute and promote Facility License Agreement to find a farmer to manage property.
BACKGROUND: This property was purchased on November 13, 2023 for drainage purposes thru Flood by Design project. This license agreement will allow for a farmer to maintain the property as intended when we purchased this parcel. A motion for council consideration will follow when FLA is to be executed.
