PURPOSE: Approve grant agreement and authorize Executive to sign grant agreement using DocuSign, sent in separate email.
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County was awarded a grant from the Washington State Department of Commerce for $2,500,000. The agreement, which is attached, was sent in a separate email from Emily Hafford with the Washington State Department of Commerce on December 27, 2023 to Lacey Harper so it can be signed through DocuSign. The agreement attached herein is included.
