BACKGROUND: A competitive Invitation to Bid was issued bid on behalf of Facilities Management for the Renovation of Snohomish County's 3rd floor west administrative building. Renovation work includes, but is not limited to, 17,000 square feet of tenant improvement to convert an existing office area into the new Snohomish County elections & ballot counting processing facility.
