PURPOSE: Reimbursement for the costs the County is incurring associated with the State v. Blake decision on behalf of the State
BACKGROUND: The County and the Administrative Office of the Courts desire to enter into an agreement to reimburse the County for extraordinary costs of resentencing and vacating sentences as required by State v. Blake in the amount not to exceed $2,631,056. A supplemental appropriation will follow.
