PURPOSE: Amend 30.53A.710 to prohibit the sales of fireworks in all no firework areas.
BACKGROUND: On December 4, 2019, Snohomish County Council adopted Ordinance 19-037 which prohibited the discharge of fireworks within the unincorporated areas of the southwest county urban grown area. 30.53A.722 discusses when common fireworks may be sold and this Ordinance codifies where common fireworks may be sold.
