PURPOSE: Approval of this Right-of-Way (ROW) plan will allow the ROW acquisition phase for the Interurban Trail Improvements: 167th Pl SW to 160th St SW project.
BACKGROUND: The County proposes to construct trail widening improvements along 13th Ave W / Meadow Rd to improve non-motorized safety and mobility by providing a continuous, grade-separated trail. Construction of the project will require ROW acquisition from eight (8) parcels and temporary easement from fifteen (15) parcels. The Right-of-Way phase is scheduled to begin in July 2023. The ROW phase of the project is currently funded through County Road Funds. The project is located within Council Districts #2 and #4.
