BACKGROUND: : A competitive Invitation to Bid was issued behalf of Snohomish County Rural Roads Preservation: Pioneer Highway (300TH ST NW To Snohomish/Skagit County Line). The work includes but is not limited to; the construction of a full width asphalt overlay on Pioneer Hwy. from 300th St. NW to the Skagit County Line, restriping in kind and all the incidentals necessary for overlay work and other work.
