PURPOSE: Approve Agreement with Pacifica Law Group, LLP.
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County will be developing a Food and Farming Center that will be a resource for our region’s fruit and vegetable farmers. The County plans to complete this project using the alternative delivery method of Progressive Design-Build. Legal Services will be utilized for review of the application to the state’s Project Review Committee, development of RFQ and RFP criteria, contracting advice, training as-needed, post award support as-needed, and assist in contract disputes if required.
