PURPOSE: The purpose of this nondisclosure agreement between Perimeter Solutions, and Snohomish County, is to protect and preserve the confidential and proprietary nature of information and materials of Perimeter Solutions, subject to WA Public Records Act.

• Fire Officers with the Paine Field Fire Department at Snohomish County Airport are traveling to the Dallas-Fort Worth Fire Training Research Center in Dallas, TX to view the exhibition of a fluorine free firefighting foam.
• Perimeter Solutions LP is the originator of the firefighting foam being exhibited at DFW firefighter training grounds. Perimeter Solutions LP requests a nondisclosure agreement from Snohomish County in advance of the exhibition.
• The purpose of this nondisclosure is to protect and preserve the confidential and proprietary nature of information and materials that Perimeter Solutions LP will be exhibiting subject to the WA Public Records Act.
