PURPOSE: Approval of Amendment No. 5 to the Master Services Agreement with Aurigo Technologies for an addition five-year term of services related to the Contract/Construction Management System.
BACKGROUND: On May 30, 2018, Snohomish County executed a Master Services Agreement with Aurigo Technologies for a Contract/Construction Management System which allows Public Works to manage construction contracts and projects in one complete system consistently and effectively. Aurigo Technologies responded to RFP-22-16 and was selected through established Federal, State and County policies and practices. To date four (4) amendments have been completed. Amendment No. 1 added support services. Amendment No. 2 reinstated the agreement after termination by the County. Amendments No. 3 and No. 4 were completed to secure annual support services. Amendment No. 5 between Snohomish County and Aurigo Technologies has been negotiated which provides scope and budget for an additional five years of service through August 2028. If approved, the amendment will increase the total not to exceed amount by $385,405 to $877,393.72. The new completion date of the agreement, if approved, will be August 31, 2028.
