PURPOSE: For Council to receive a quarterly efficacy report on services provided at county-owned properties
BACKGROUND: With the addition of HB1590 revenue, the discussions surround the resulting Housing Business Plan and the purchase of housing facilities by the County, there is an interest to receive a quarterly report to track the efficacy of services provided at the hotels; those services include transitional housing, substance use treatment, and job-related services.
