PURPOSE: To approve amendment No 1 to the Media Buying Contract with Gibson Media Inc
BACKGROUND: The Media Buyer provides media buying services for the annual Evergreen State Fair in Monroe, Washington. The media buyer will provide media strategies, planning, buying, management, and evaluations for Digital, TV, Radio, and OOH (billboard/transit). The media buyer works on straight Commission, therefor increasing the contract amount from $165,000 to $200,000 will allow the 2023 Snohomish County Evergreen Fair to get more and better marketing.
