ORAL MOTION
Council Vice-Chair Nehring made a motion to join the proposed national opioid settlement to resolve litigation against Teva, Allergan, CVS, Walmart and Walgreens, and that the Council authorize the Prosecuting Attorney or his designee to execute the necessary settlement documents on behalf of the County. Councilmember Dunn seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
