ORAL MOTION
Councilmember Dunn made a motion to authorize the Snohomish County Executive or his designee to sign the settlement agreement reached and approved as to form by the Prosecutor's Office in the amount of $325,000 plus mediation expenses incurred in Claim R21-002090. Councilmember Low seconded the motion and it carried unanimously by the four members present.
