PURPOSE: Approve Interlocal Agreement to provide funding to the City of Lake Stevens for Crosswalk Upgrades - 30^th St. NE/Cedar Way and S Lake Stevens Road/101^st Dr NE project, which will improve safety and ADA accessibility to intersections at 30^th St NE and Cedar Way and 101^st S.  Lake Stevens Road. 

BACKGROUND: Snohomish County Council approved Amended Ordinance 21-090 on November 9, 2021 to adopt the 2022 - 2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP), and Amendment Sheet 1 which included funding for the City of Lake Stevens Crosswalk Upgrades - 30^th St. NE/Cedar Way and S Lake Stevens Road/101^st Dr NE. The City has agreed to the terms of the Interlocal Agreement.  Funding provided from the County to the City will be in the amount of $50,000 subject to the terms of the agreement.
