PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation PW-23-005SB
BACKGROUND: A competitive Invitation to Bid was issued to obtain pricing for road improvements of Mann Road and Ben Howard Road. The work includes unsuitable excavation, roadway fill, roadway widening, installation of fish passage culverts and drainage culverts and construction of reinforced slopes as well as landscaping, paving, traffic control and other work.
