EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved by Ken Klein 2/16/23
PURPOSE: District Court has received additional grand funding from the Administrative Office of the Courts to increase resources available for the Mental Health Program.
BACKGROUND: District Court’s Mental Health Program provides valuable services to Mental Health Court participants and does not have funding to provide many of these resources needed for best practices in serving these participants. Continued training and other participant services for the program will allow us to increase our ability to provide these needed services.
