PURPOSE: Motion confirming the re-appointment Marine Resources Advisory Committee Member to serve their second 3-year term. Snohomish County citizen recommended for appointment is Ms. Natasha Coumou representing the Tulalip Tribes.
BACKGROUND: The Snohomish County Marine Resources Advisory Committee (MRC) is authorized by Snohomish County Code Chapter 2.800.020 to advise the County Council and Executive on marine issues. The thirteen-member committee represents diverse interests including local governments, tribes, economic, environmental and conservation interests. Ms. Natasha Coumou is staff for the Tulalip Tribes and will serve as staff representative the Tulalip Tribes
