PURPOSE: To establish biennial budgeting procedures beginning with the 2025/2026 budget years
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County Code and Charter allows for either annual or biennial budgeting. SCC 4.26.017 was repealed by Ordinance 21-091, due to the impact of the global pandemic. This Ordinance would reenact SCC 4.26.017, authorizing biennial budgeting, beginning with the 2025/2026 budget years.
