ORAL MOTION
Vice-Chair Nehring made a motion that the Council hereby authorize and approve the Settlement Agreement and Release of All Claims in the amount of $1,937,500.00 relating to the matter of Valerie Egleston, individually and as Estate Administrator of the Estate of Ryan Dean Hemmingson v. Snohomish County, et al., United States District Court, Western District of Washington Cause Number 21-1630, as negotiated by the Prosecuting Attorney following consultation with the County Executive. Councilmember Dunn seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
