PURPOSE: Council to approve the execution of the 2022 BPA LIEE Contract F21-53104-422 Amendment B

BACKGROUND: The BPA LIEE Contract provides for administration and delivery of weatherization and repair services to improve energy-efficiency, and provides health and safety benefits for eligible low-income persons/participants in areas served by the Bonneville Power Administration.
