PURPOSE: Small Capital Partnership Project Approval with the City of Lake Stevens
BACKGROUND: Council passed Motion 20-486 on November 16, 2020 authorizing staff to develop an agreement with the City of Lake Stevens to receive $5,000 in a small capital grant for $5,000 for Sunset Park Improvements. That agreement was expected on January 8, 2021 with an end date of December 31, 2021. The City could not complete the work until 2022 necessitating an agreement for 2022.
