PURPOSE: Authorize a contract between Snohomish County and MGT Consulting, not to exceed $174,500.
BACKGROUND: The Snohomish County Executive established the Office of Social Justice in August of 2020 to lead in developing practices, programs, and policies necessary to aid the County in becoming an anti-racist organization. The County Council then affirmed this establishment by funding the Office of Social Justice for the year 2022. Part of this funding is to be used to create a strategic plan for OSJ. This contract will achieve this deliverable. This project has a total value of $174,500.
