PURPOSE: Approving and authorizing the establishment and acceptance of real property identified as Admiralty Way
BACKGROUND: On March 28, 2019, Ravenswood Apartments, LLC submitted an application to Planning and Development Services (PDS) requesting an approval of an Urban Center Development named Ravenswood Urban Center. As a condition of development approval, the Department of Public Works (DPW) and PDS are requiring the developer to construct and establish a new public road identified as Admiralty Way. The proposed road establishment is in Council District # 3. See Engineer’s Report for additional facts, background, and conditions.
