PURPOSE: Submitted for consideration of Approval of Contract Amendment #1.
BACKGROUND: Contract Amendment No. 1, is in the amount of $119,316.00 and includes additional construction phase support services and civil engineering and design support services. This includes increased contract administration services to assist in the transition of the County’s project managers, an extension of construction phase services due to the winter shutdown which began in 2022, and civil engineering and design support for the new picnic shelter which will replace the picnic shelter that was demolished in the spring of 2022. This amendment also includes a credit to the County because County Park Planning staff will be designing the restroom enclosure privacy panel patterns rather than the Consultant team.
