PURPOSE: Approve amendment to the Interlocal Agreement for time extension and the added 25K in funding added in 2021 for improvements at Averill Field Park
BACKGROUND: On 3/2/2021 Snohomish County Council moved add $25,000 to the existing $30,000 previously awarded from City of Monroe to City of Snohomish for the park upgrade project at Averill Field Park. Funding provided from the County to the City will be amended to $55,000 and subject to the terms of the agreement. The City wishes to accept the additional funds from the County.
