BACKGROUND: : A competitive Invitation to Bid was issued to obtain pricing for Construction of the SR 530 Slide Memorial Project, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, project administration and coordination necessary to completely and successfully install and make operational all site features shown and referenced on the Construction Drawings and Contract Specifications.
